Job Description
- Closing deals for both prospects and existing customers through presentations, contracts negotiations, promoting and explaining services features and benefits and solving obstacles raising through contracts negotiations.
- Increase sales revenue and expand client base through acquiring new business, developing and retaining existing customers.
- Meet reporting timelines.
- Prepare and submit weekly report to Sales Manager.
- Manage customer’s issues and inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and ensure timely response is provided, high customer satisfaction level is achieved, and existing customers are retained.
- Monitor market and competition activities.
- Maintain required documentation on all active, non-active, and prospective clients.
- Develop sales presentations, create sales agreements and coordinate pricing with finance.
- Daily coordination with Operations department for any customer issues.
- Performs other assignments as required.
- Acquire new accounts as required.
- Customer (New & Existing) visits on time reports submission.
- Initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients.
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
- Creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in their respective fields of specialization.
- 2: 4 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Experience with the shipping industry.
- Good user of MS-Office.
- Good - Very Good comminate in English.
- Customers complain handling.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Time Management Skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
- Experience with transportation and logistics processes
