Job Description
- Execution of purchase orders for any materials and supplies, ready maintenance
- Execution of purchase orders for any raw materials, production requirements, maintenance, and operation requirements
- Executing all work orders instructions
- Suggest analytical and preventive analyzes that improve the quality of work in the administration
- Weekly report to the purchasing manager.
- Handle the arrangement of delivering the procured material.
- Collect the required samples to be approved by the client.
- Track the material delivery.
- Responsible for the evaluation of the suppliers.
- Share and update the database for suppliers.
- Collect and compare the quotations from different suppliers and advice about the best offer.
- Negotiate the prices with the suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position.
- Exceptional negotiation skills are a must.
- Very good communication and verbal skills.
