Job Description
- Manage efficiently the time needed to complete the logistics cycle
- Manage the local and foreign supplies
- Manages all product purchase business cycle remotely (Egypt –Nigeria)
- Develops supply chain process between all regions and controls all transactions between all sites
- Verifies the company's Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all customers according to terms and conditions agreed with Retail, Distribution & after Sales services
- Monitors shipments for all regions to guarantee that freight forwarders provide service within the company's standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Carries responsibility for setting goals, targets and defining lead‐time for subordinates
- Carries responsibility for the annual performance appraisal of subordinates
- Evaluates subordinates’ monthly performance on achieving defined targets
- Controls financial status with suppliers on monthly basis including rebates, claims and credit notes issues
- Performs other related duties
Job Requirements
- University graduate from any discipline
- Courses in: purchasing logistics, supply chain management and time management
- Good knowledge of Oracle system
- MBA is a plus
