Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the full operations of our property management and real estate business. The GM will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strong relationships with property owners and clients, and driving growth and performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of property management and real estate activities.
- Lead recruitment, training, and management of staff, including hiring and termination decisions.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with homeowners, tenants, and potential clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting, financial reporting, and budget management.
- Build and manage a comprehensive client and property database.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the Chairman.
