Job Description

The Operations and Team Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the CEO by managing team workflows, following up on task completion, ensuring alignment with goals, and filtering key updates. This individual will be a central point of contact, keeping all teams on track and enhancing communication across the organisation.

Note : candidate must have not less than 5 years of experience working in tech startup or tech  Saas company .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure all teams are aligned with project deadlines and company objectives.
    • Monitor project progress and task completion, promptly addressing any roadblocks or delays.
    • ensure time sheet management and max productivity and efficiency of the team towards execution of business goals.
    • Regularly report on project statuses to the CEO, highlighting important updates and actionable insights.
  2. Team Coordination and Follow-Up:
    • Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and team members, relaying priorities, instructions, and feedback.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with team leads to ensure tasks are progressing as planned and according to standards.
    • Coordinate team meetings, track action items, and ensure all follow-ups are documented and addressed.
  3. Task Prioritizations and Workflow Optimisation:
    • Assist in prioritising tasks and initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Work closely with team members to streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and enhance productivity.
    • Implement and maintain project management tools to support efficient collaboration and task tracking.
  4. Communication and Reporting:
    • Consolidate information from various departments and filter key insights, updates, and challenges for the CEO’s review.
    • Prepare concise reports and summaries for the CEO, focusing on the most critical information for decision-making.
    • Support internal communication, fostering a transparent and cohesive work environment.
  5. Support for CEO and Leadership:
    • Manage scheduling, prepare materials, and provide general support to the CEO for meetings and presentations.
    • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
    • Act as a representative for the CEO in certain meetings or discussions as needed, relaying essential information back.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, or project management, ideally within a startup or tech saas company
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software like Azure Devop / or jira is a must
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data management tools.
  • Previous experience working directly with C-level executives.
