Job Description
Client Service Officer (Conversion Center)
- Schedule & fix vehicle inspection date in coordination with Conversion Center Engineer.
- Receive inspection report from Conversion Center Engineer to proceed with conversion contract.
- Issue clients contracts.
- Prepare bank documents for new contracts and forward to Bank
- Update clients data base
- Maintain updating the Client File for each client, containing all the documentation pertaining to the Client.
- Deliver to clients refueling cards issued by the Bank
- Assist clients with information and advise regarding the conversion service.
- Manage activities subsequent to conversion, in coordination with Conversion Center Engineer, as repairs and maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints.
