Job Description
Curriculum Integration
- Embed character education themes into subjects like literature, history, and social studies
- Collaborate with teachers to align character-building goals with academic objectives
Program Design & Facilitation
- Develop workshops, assemblies, and campaigns focused on values such as respect, honesty, and perseverance
- Lead group discussions and activities that encourage self-reflection and ethical decision-making
Student Mentorship
- Provide guidance and support to students navigating personal or social challenges
- Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution through peer mentoring programs
Community Engagement
- Organize service-learning projects and volunteer opportunities
- Partner with parents and local organizations to reinforce character development outside school
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Assess the impact of character-building initiatives through surveys, feedback, and behavioral observations

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
