Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee TOEs on project progress and client deliverables.
• Monitor daily progress and update reports using company tools/templates.
• Review technical office data and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate and plan departmental duties, targets, and performance improvement plans.
• Support in KPI collection, analysis, and timely reporting.
• Maintain constant client communication to monitor satisfaction.
• Review, edit, and organize project reports, protocols, and data folders.
