Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join our operations team as an Operation Engineer in the ready-mix concrete sector. The ideal candidate will support daily plant operations, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure timely and quality delivery of concrete to various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily ready-mix plant operations, including batching, dispatch, and logistics.
Liaise with site engineers, clients, and the plant to ensure proper concrete mix designs and delivery schedules.
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Assist in planning production schedules and managing raw material inventory.
Support maintenance and troubleshooting of batching equipment.
Prepare daily reports on production, delivery, and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations on-site and in the plant.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong understanding of concrete technology and construction site operations is a plus.
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
