Job Description
- Coordinate and execute the export of all our products, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Manage and handle essential documents such as advanced shipping notices, pick slips, bills of lading, etc.
- Arrange transportation logistics from factories to ports.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipped orders.
- Establish and maintain direct communication with Shipping Lines.
- Negotiate shipping rates with Shipping Lines.
- Book vessels and ensure seamless coordination with factories, equipment suppliers, and spare parts providers.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Safety standards in all shipping operations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and other departments to optimize processes
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in the supply chain, logistics, or relative field is a definite plus
- 3- 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics
- Very good command of English - Written/Spoken
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Sap experience is a plus
