Job Description

Job Purpose:

 Responsible for supporting the execution of ESLSCA’s Executive Education strategy in Alexandria by engaging potential students, assisting in business partnerships, and contributing to marketing and community-building initiatives. This role is essential in enrolling students and supporting business development efforts under the guidance of the Student Enrollment Supervisor.

Accountabilities: 

• Assists in market research to identify trends and potential opportunities in Alexandria. 

• Supports outreach efforts to potential students, providing educational advice and program recommendations. 

• Helps identify and engage with business partners through the EXED Team.

 • Works closely with the marketing and communications team to implement promotional activities.

 • Maintains and utilizes the Alexandria alumni database to foster engagement and community growth.

 • Attends EXED monthly virtual and quarterly in-person meetings to ensure alignment with team goals. 

• Provides post-service support to students, gathering feedback and ensuring satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Education: ▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience: ▪ 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, student advisory, or a related field, preferably in the education sector. 
  • Skills: ▪ Excellent Planning & Organizational skills. 
  • High level of ownership, responsibility with a self-driven personality 
  • Very Good communication & negotiation skills.
  •  Excellent Problem-Solving Skills & ability to think strategically
  •  Excellent level of English Language.
  •  Excellent knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…) 
  • Working Conditions ▪ Five Days a week
