Job Description
- Supervise sales operations of sales team.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Implement strategies to sell products
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
- Supervise field marketing and sales force.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies
- Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor local competitors.
- Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
Job Requirements
- A veterinarian with a minimum of 2 years in sales of veterinary products for livestock (Feed Additives if possible)
- Technical background is an asset.
- Presentable.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet).
