Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process

Job Requirements
- Contracting Experience 7 to 10 years.
- experienced in restructure & expanding business.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Bachelor of Engineering is must, English must be fluent
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, procurement, operations, sales etc.)
- Strong analytical ability, Excellent communication skills, Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- experience or good background of heavy equipment sales, and process after sales, clients
- has Saudi residence (Iqama) and can transfer to another company (kafial)
