Job Description

  • Support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers about staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria with Line Managers.
  • Schedule job interviews and handle the interviewing process.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job boards).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, online and face-to-face interviews.
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve the employee experience.
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR state and labor regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
  • Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
