Reach out to interested individuals who have expressed interest in our solar campaigns via phone.
Identify and understand customer needs to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solar products.
Provide detailed information about solar campaigns and guide customers through the application process.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain and update internal databases with customer interactions, feedback, and any technical issues.
Monitor and engage with customer feedback on social media to provide assistance and support.
Share valuable customer insights and feature requests with the team to improve our offerings.
Inform customers about new solar features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their application process and technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Job Requirements
- B2 - C1 English
- Able to Work on Site in the First Settlement(Al-Tagamo3 Al-Awal)
- Able to speak a fluent English with good accent
- committed to interview / scheduling time
