Job Description
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal /external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Make travel arrangements
- Develop office operations and procedures.
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment arrange necessary repairs
- Maintenance Mailing Supplies Equipment Bills Errands Shopping
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors and all departments
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Plan in and out site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word PPT and MS Outlook)
- Excellent English language (Speaking &Writing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
