Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Security Specialist with a focus on Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and the Microsoft security portfolio. This role involves delivering top-notch pre-sales support, engaging with clients across the GCC region, and contributing to our professional services as we grow our innovative security/AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct deployment, troubleshooting, Proof of Concept (PoC), training, presentations, and demos for Microsoft Security solutions, including Defender and Sentinel.
• Liaise with internal teams to create technical documentation and manage project timelines.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate closely with clients to understand and address their needs.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with Microsoft security advancements.
• Medium salary with comprehensive benefits, including insurance and travel opportunities across the GCC.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role, particularly in pre-sales for Microsoft Security solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and related Microsoft security tools such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Cloud App Security.
• Certifications: Preferably Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer.
• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
