Job Description
- Monitor inbound &outbound calls and evaluate agent’sperformance concerning the quality of service offeredthrough all channels.
- Attend internal and external calibration sessions and align with selectedattendees.
- Conduct on time and accuratequality certifications for new hires.
- Provide coaching and training recommendations to the concerned parties.
- Prepare and issue qualityreports requested from external and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and issuecalibration sessions reports.
- Provide on time and accuratequality certification reports.
- Calibrate quality monitoring output between client,operation and the customer satisfaction surveys.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- GSM Background is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills
