Job Description

  1. Monitor inbound &outbound calls and evaluate agent’sperformance concerning the quality of service offeredthrough all channels.
  2. Attend internal and external calibration sessions and align with selectedattendees.
  3. Conduct on time and accuratequality certifications for new hires.
  4. Provide coaching and training recommendations to the concerned parties.
  5. Prepare and issue qualityreports requested from external and internal stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and issuecalibration sessions reports.
  7. Provide on time and accuratequality certification reports.
  8. Calibrate quality monitoring output between client,operation and the customer satisfaction surveys.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • GSM Background is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • V.good in English Proficiency.
