Job Description
- -Follow company SOPs to provide high-quality consultation and support services.-Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, offer constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement to enhance learning outcomes.-Support students’ learning progress by providing timely solutions and proactively optimizing their learning experience.-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized learning plans and suggestions.-Improve customer satisfaction and encourage referrals through outstanding service.-Track and analyze students’ learning results, propose improvement plans, and help increase both effectiveness and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.-At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in call center English accounts
- fluency in English is a must
- Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.-
- Enthusiastic about providing high-quality service and looking to develop a long-term career in the education industry-Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and open personality.
