Job Description
1. Project Management
- Lead engineering components of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and project requirements are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and methodologies, engaging key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and transparency.
2. Contractor and Consultant Coordination
- Manage and coordinate contractor and consultant activities, ensuring compliance with the defined scope of work and quality standards.
- Conduct regular meetings and on-site inspections to track construction progress, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
3. Technical Oversight
- Review and approve all engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support to project teams and stakeholders, addressing challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
4. Client Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, representing their interests effectively with technical contractors and consultants.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to the owner, detailing progress, encountered challenges, and any potential risks.
5. Budget Management
- Monitor and manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines throughout the project’s duration.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, verifying that all costs are justified and within the project’s budget scope.

Project Manager
● Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
● PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering with onsite experience.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- PMP Certifications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with contractors, clients, and consultants
- Ability to adapt to changing project demands and pressures in a fast-paced environment.
