Job Description

  • Responsible for calling patients after each visit and collecting visitor feedback.
  • Collect medical surveys from the patient about the service provided by our consultants.
  • Provide our other medical services to the patients according to their needs.
  • Suggest visits to other consultants based on the patient medical situation.
  • Provide reports on patients' suggestions, complaints, and needs.
  • Follow up on solving patients’ complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem-Solving skills.
  • Decision-making skills

Days off : Saturday & Sunday ( Following UK calendar )
Working hours : 10am - 6pm in summer & 11am - 7pm in winter including 1 hour break.
