Job Description
- Control the project from start to finish to ensure a high-quality, innovative and functional design.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the chairman's needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
Job Requirements
Requirements to be met by applicants:
- Distinguished actual experience of not less than 5 years.
- Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Professional excellence in interior design and decorations for villas, especially in (marble and granite).
- The privilege of making drawings with programs (3Dmax - Photoshop).
- Preference will be given to those who are proficient in making drawings using (Revit - Sketchup) programs.
- Preference will be given to those who also have distinguished experience in making detailed executive drawings (Work Shop Drawings).
- Work location: Industry zone- Third Settlement - New Cairo.
* Note:- There is a decent place for expatriate engineers to stay in the company's staff rest house in the Third Settlement in New Cairo.
