Job Description
- Reviewing Consumables availability, prepare purchase requisition for re-order supply.
- Checking quality, quantity & expiration date for receiving supply
- Supervising OR storekeepers activities
- Charge external supplies on patient.
- Send external supplies form (for on-shelf supplies) to main store/ Medical Store / Non Medical Store/ F&B Store and follow up.
- Review stock issue.
- Follow up with purchasing for pending PO’s
- Making store ready for physical inventory.
- Participate in HACCP program as the following:
- Applying HACCP program in store
- Follow up the supplies hygiene
- Follow up the expiry food product in store
- Follow up the documentation and record of receiving and storage food
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as warehouse supervisor at least 3 years of experience .
