Job Description
We are looking to hire a sales coordinator with great interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to arrange appointments and attend meetings.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Handling social media direct messages.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Ensuring order satisfaction& promoting customer satisfaction.
- working on gathering new leads.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 1 to 3 years experience in sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent in English.
