Technical Interviewer - BE- JAVA

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer with expertise in JAVA to join our team at Squadio. As a Technical Interviewer, you will play a key role in evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for JAVA developer positions. You will assess candidates' proficiency in JAVA concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for JAVA developer candidates
• Evaluate candidates' understanding of JAVA concepts, programming languages, and frameworks
• Assess candidates' problem-solving skills and their ability to write efficient and maintainable JAVA code
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in JAVA development
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the interview process
