Job Description
Leads the end-to-end process of developing new personal care products. Drives innovation by translating consumer insights and market trends into viable, compliant, and commercially successful products.
- Manage the product innovation pipeline from ideation to launch
- Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify white space opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D on formulations, testing, and safety certifications
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Ensure new products meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and naming
- Lead post-launch reviews and recommend product lifecycle actions
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials, packaging, and prototyping
- Maintain documentation for claims, stability tests, and approvals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy , Chemistry, or Science
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of product development experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals
- Deep understanding of formulation processes and product safety standards
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional leadership
- Creative, analytical, and highly organized
