Job Description

Software Sales/Account Manager

  • Participate in yearly sales planning –business plan (set company’s sales financial and strategic goals, define priorities, strategies, target sectors, deadlines), involving sales teams in the planning process.
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
  • Generate strategic leads and perform complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.
  • Review, evaluate and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Negotiate lease and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • Organizing sales visits
  • Ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Track and analyze leads.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools
  • Respond to the pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling software- CRM/ERP software is Plus
  • Contacts/Connections database for enterprise customers. Banking sector is a Plus
  • Ability to manage large accounts
  • Ability to collect the largest available source of sales data.
  • Advanced selling skills
  • High interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
  • Knowledge in business software market locally and internationally.
