Job Description
- Responsible for managing, supervising and directing the procurement function for CKD and foreign items ensuring timely supply of components needed for production with in accordance of sales demand, production capacities and warehouse utilization.
- Maintain the flow of CKD supply parts to all suppliers with controlling lead time from order till delivery including OEM supplier capacities, finance, logistics, clearance to ensure the continuity of production process.
- Manage sales and operation planning meeting with its outcome of monthly production plan, strategic order planning for PC & CV.
- Review the technical CKD issues including claim agreements in case of new CKD projects.
- Maintain the lowest possible of inventory and monitor the turnover rates for CKD and foreign imported items.
- Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
- Handle all supply issues including the negotiation of quantities, prices, model mix, delivery, and payment terms.
- Take the lead of communicating finance, logistics, Sales, after sales, local suppliers, and internal departments in manufacturing to handle material flow ensuring production process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce – Foreign Trade specialized.
- Certification in Logistics operation and supply chain is preferred.
- Required Industry Experience: 5-8 years of Experience.
