Job Description
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients in designated outdoor areas to generate leads and secure new business.
- Present and explain our financial products/services clearly and concisely to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions that align with their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Complete necessary paperwork and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of proven outdoor sales experience, preferably within financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive ability and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as required by sales activities.
