Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Proactively contact potential customers from company-provided lists, clearly explaining our services and offerings.
- Arrange trial classes for potential customers and closely monitor their attendance, ensuring they join the scheduled sessions.
- Handle pre-sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to customers.
- Regularly review customer needs with the team and contribute ideas to improve pre-sales service processes and marketing strategies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as compiling reports and completing assignments from the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
- Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
- Strong patience and resilience, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily.
