The Role – Senior PMO (Airports & Infrastructure)
We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO professional to join our high-performing aviation and infrastructure team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, lifecycle stage gates, and reporting protocols.
Monitor program performance against baselines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contractual commitments.
Lead the deployment and management of PMIS tools (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Unifier) to enhance project control and transparency.
Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and maturity evaluations using models such as P3M3.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and decision-making support.
Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and develop best-practice guidelines aligned with PMI, ISO 21500, PRINCE2, or equivalent standards.
Prepare and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Visio.
Key Knowledge and Skills
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
Demonstrated track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs in fast-paced environments.

Key Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant PMO experience, preferably in airport or large-scale infrastructure megaprojects.
Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and lifecycle stage gates.
Proven experience implementing and managing PMIS tools (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Unifier).
Hands-on experience with P3M3 or similar maturity models.
Familiarity with industry standards such as PMI, ISO 21500, PRINCE2, etc.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency and certification in Visio, Power BI, Primavera (P6), MS Office, and related tools.
