Job Description:As a Business Analysis & Internal Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes through detailed business analysis and robust internal control measures. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, process optimization, and a keen focus on maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and promote compliance.???? Task & Responsibilities:✅ Conduct Internal Control Assessments: Perform planned and ad hoc internal control assessments of all GCC operations factories.✅ Routine Evaluation: Evaluate all business-related functions to ensure compliance with company standards.✅ Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to all GCC factories/sites to manage operational risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.✅ Reporting: Provide regular reports about observations and non-conformities during visits.✅ Follow-Up: Ensure that all observations and non-conformities are addressed within the agreed timeframe.✅ Internal Control Policies: Establish and implement internal control policies and procedures, ensuring they are adhered to across departments.✅ Resource Utilization: Ensure full utilization of GCC resources by implementing adequate controls.✅ Cost Optimization: Coordinate efforts to eliminate waste, reduce operating costs, and maximize throughput.✅ Business Review Meetings: Present business KPI achievements in periodic meetings with stakeholders.✅ Risk Identification: Analyze, identify, and prioritize financial and operational risks.✅ Audit Planning & Reporting: Plan, perform, and report on individual audits.✅ Standardization & Best Practices: Seek standardization across all factories and implement best practices in managing internal controls.✅ Clear Reporting: Write clear, concise, and well-structured reports tailored to different audiences (e.g., executives, managers, technical teams).????
