Job Description
- Preparing and filing lawsuits and attending court hearings at all levels.
- Providing legal consultations related to pending cases.
- Drafting defense memoranda and legal responses.
- Representing the firm or clients in investigation sessions before prosecution or administrative bodies.
- Following up on enforcement and litigation procedures and preparing periodic legal case status reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Active registration with the Bar Association (Primary or Appellate level).
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in litigation, including work before civil, criminal, and administrative courts.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential.
- Proven ability to write legal articles and conduct legal research with high quality and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in drafting legal memoranda, lawsuits, and appeals at all levels.
- Excellent oral advocacy skills, with the ability to conduct hearings and meet with clients.
- Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and the Criminal Procedure Law
- Familiarity with procedures before judicial, administrative, and enforcement authorities.
- Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and electronic court systems (if applicable).
- Previous experience in major law firms or international organizations is preferred.
