Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ATM hardware and related systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and technical teams to deliver high-quality service, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction across our service locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and setup of ATM machines and related hardware at client locations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on ATM machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Support diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware malfunctions and software issues.
- Respond to technical support requests and provide timely, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, hardware configurations, and technical issues.
- Conduct basic testing and quality assurance checks after hardware installation or repair.
- Provide on-site customer support, ensuring professional communication and service excellence.
- Continuously develop technical skills through training sessions, workshops, and hands-on experience.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements during all maintenance and installation activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of basic hardware maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and system installation.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, preferably ATM or similar equipment, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and service methodologies.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
