Job Description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Archer Integrated Risk Management Engineer at Archer Resident Consultant announced by Corpyoulogy in Saudi Arabia. The Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to risk engineering, risk analysis, communication, and project management.
Typical tasks include:
• Product updates and on-going infrastructure optimization for on-prem customers 
• Solution administration and support 
• End User support - Knowledge transfer and documentation
• Co-ordinate the resolution of issues with Archer technical support
Operation Workflows
The Archer resident engineer acts as the single point of contact for the organization. He/she collects from a dedicated tool, it could be the change tracker template, customer’s ticketing system as well as the Archer Residency Solution, all the inquiries. Based on the category, requests will be routed to the proper resource inside the residency team, eventually to the proper Archer resource across PS Practice or Customer Support. The requests that engineers will manage can be categorized as:
• Change requests: new feature to be implemented. Changes should be qualified and approved to reduce the impact on the platform. Resident Engineer can only manage minor changes without impact on the solution design or workflows. 
• Issues: Issues should be differentiated based on their source. They may be error messages from UI related to Archer Platform Use Case or Product Issues. 
• End user support: How to use Archer Platform, new reports, data changes, etc.

Residency Program Management
This service includes the support of the Archer program manager that will manage all on-going Archer initiatives with relevant stakeholders and provides regular status reports on the Archer program. The following tasks as in scope: 
• Drives the high-level plan. 
• Coordinate multiple Archer projects. 
• Manages all Archer deliverables and associated budget. 
• Supervise activities performed by the Archer residents. 
• Facilitating communication about the project among the cross-functional team.

How the engagement works?
The service will be delivered remotely or onsite on a fixed fee basis, based on 5 days per working week during the customer’s business hours (9:00 – 17:00). A backup will be provided for longer absence, but not for:
• Occasional sick leave less than 5 days per month.
• 5 weeks of vacation and 1 week of training per annum. 
• Archer will extend the service to cover for any unplanned absence should a suitable replacement not be available. Any requests from the customer to replace a Resident Engineer are subject to the availability of a suitable replacement. Archer cannot guarantee that a replacement will be readily available.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• Archer Certified Administrator - Expert is preferred
• Risk Engineering and Risk Analysis certification
• Project Management
