Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Responsible for all the HR fields ( recruitment, payroll, personal… ).
- " Solid working experience in the recruitment part is a must "
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, etc.)
- Working hours 8 am – 5 pm (One day off).
- Work location : Zahraa Nasr City.
