Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law Consultant with in-depth knowledge and expertise in Saudi law to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice, support, and guidance on various legal matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate law, and legal risk management, specific to the Saudi Arabian legal landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on Saudi Arabian laws, including civil, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on current Saudi legal frameworks and advise on changes in legislation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal consultancy, with a strong focus on Saudi law.
- Proven experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, commercial law, and government regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
