Supervise and oversee all civil engineering aspects of construction and maintenance projects within the manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Prepare, review, and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications for facility upgrades and new construction.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolve any on-site issues.
Estimate material, labor, and equipment requirements for civil works and prepare detailed project budgets.
Ensure all civil engineering activities adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
Assist in the selection and procurement of construction materials and liaise with suppliers as needed.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of facility infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing maintenance and operational needs of the production environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct site visits and work in an on-site (office-based) environment.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial projects.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
