Job Description
• Supervise all technical office activities, ensuring the accuracy of drawings and documents.
• Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate them with site conditions.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers to resolve any technical conflicts or issues.
• Prepare subcontractor invoices, client approvals, and technical reports.
• Provide creative and precise technical solutions for finishing and cladding works.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and other departments.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical office roles within the finishing field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in preparing technical documents and invoices.
