Job Description
• Record daily financial transactions accurately in line with accounting standards.
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Follow up on customer, supplier, and labor accounts, deliver and settle contracts with site engineers, and prepare periodic account statements.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and periodic financial reports.
• Reviewing site and company invoices and expenses and verifying financial documents.
• Preparing, reviewing, and taxing contracting and finishing contracts, ensuring the company's rights.
• Monitoring employee insurance, salaries, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates on high management
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in contracting or interior design industries.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
