Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients Software Development Lead / Senior
Job Accountabilities:
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Ensure the implementation of modern, scalable, and maintainable architecture.
• Guide team in using best practices in coding, design patterns, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Drive process improvements in agile development, DevOps, and quality assurance.
• Evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve team productivity.
Job Requirements
Education:
Computer science bachelor degree or related field.
Experience:
• Extensive hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET (MVC and Core), Web API, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework/Core, LINQ, and SQL Server, including performance tuning and writing complex queries/stored procedures.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices in scalable application architecture.
• Proven experience in technical decision-making, effort estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Competences and Skills:
• C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, HTML, Javascript, Angular, SQL Server, EF Core, Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt.
• Standard office environment with potential on-call duties in case of security incidents.
• Occasional travel for conferences or training.
• May require overtime during incident response or system upgrades.
