Job Description

General Purpose 

Provide all kinds of support activities - in terms of secretarial and administration works to department employees that enables them to manage efficiently and effectively the company business.


  • Execute all secretarial responsibilities related to department including filling, scanning, letters, offers ….etc.
  • Follow up all the needed Maintenance for the office and coordinate with the assigned person to fix it.
  • Responsible about the attendance and vacation sheets for all the employees of the department.
  • Responsible about the forms of the travel allowance and extra days and hours.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources department getting the medical approvals when needed for the department.
  • Daily Update on the ERP about the assigned Engineer.
  • Handle all customer inquiries through phone calls, mails or visits and follow up on the necessary activities to achieve the desired tasks and duties.
  • Responsible about receiving and delivering any devices from customers.
  • Create and update records on the ERP system concerning any device.
  • Any extra tasks or duties assigned from the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • 3- 5 years in same position.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Dynamic and initiative person.
  • High level of facilitation skills including interactive communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
  • Good team player.
  • Computer practicality.
