Job Description
- Provide ideas to attract new clients
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.
- Need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
- Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
- 5-7 years’ experience preferable in Real Estate field
- An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Fluent English written & Spoken
