In brief
- Responsible for human resource activities to include employment, compensation labor relations, benefits, training, and development.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure job evaluation
- Administer and explain benefits to employees.
- Recommend and develop and schedule training and development courses.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resources database, computer systems, and manual filing systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience minimum 1 year in a similar position.
- Bachelor degree.
- Strong communication skills
- Has a Certificate or Diploma in HR.
- Located in Maadi or close.
