Job Description

- Export Management: Oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

- Market Development: Identify and open new markets to drive growth and expand our customer base.

- Trade Fair Participation: Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote our products and establish partnerships.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in export sales within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

- Export Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the entire export process, including documentation, customs regulations, and compliance.

- Logistics and Incoterms: Strong knowledge of logistics and Incoterms to effectively manage/supervise shipping and delivery processes.

- Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and stakeholders.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the potential to grow into a managerial role.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards in the FMCG industry is a must.

 

Additional Skills:

 

- Proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.

- Familiarity with CRM software and export management tools.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
