Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and organizational skills to support planning and execution on complex construction projects.
-Responsibilities
- Drafting Site Plans
- Develop initial layouts for material storage, equipment zones, and traffic flow.
- Ensure layouts comply with project phases, site conditions, and contract obligations.
- Phasing Plans
- Break projects into manageable phases with clear logistics requirements.
- Define timelines, zone usage, and dependencies for each stage.
- Site Plan Updates
- Regularly update and adjust layouts as project conditions evolve.
- Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and integrate them into ProjSite for visibility.
- 3D Visualizations
- Create or support the development of 3D models to illustrate site logistics and phasing plans.
Job Requirements
- Experience in construction logistics, project planning, or site management.
- Proficiency in CAD or similar design tools (experience with 3D modeling is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
