Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Fulfillment & Logistics specialist the Fulfillment & Logistics specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day packing operations, overseeing inventory control and management, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team to meet delivery expectations and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound logistics).- Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouses to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and update records in logistics systems.
- Handle import/export documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
- Identify process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience
- Packing and Inventory Management skills
- manage relationships with third-party logistics
- implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Inventory Control and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Previous experience in an E-commerce or retail environment is a plus
