This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Fulfillment & Logistics specialist the Fulfillment & Logistics specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day packing operations, overseeing inventory control and management, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team to meet delivery expectations and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound logistics).
• Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouses to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Manage inventory levels and update records in logistics systems.
• Handle import/export documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
• Identify process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
