Job Description
- Develop and execute production and materials plans based on sales forecasts
- Coordinate with procurement, production, warehousing, and sales teams
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Ensure raw materials availability in line with production schedules
- Track and report on KPIs related to planning, service levels, and waste
- Analyze capacity constraints and propose solutions
- Use ERP/MRP systems to streamline planning processes
- Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) activities
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or production planning
- Background in food manufacturing is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data skills
- Effective communicator and cross-functional team player
