Job Description

  • Managing incoming  calls and responding promptly to customers inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and act upon the request in timely manner  
  • Provide customer with accurate and complete information and any updates on their order  
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints  
  • Knowing our products so that you can answer questions  
  • Processing orders and requests and follow up with customers  
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support  
  • Customer survey about after sales service 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact, handling skills, and active listening
  • Customer orientation and flexibility
  • Excellent  presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
