Skills And Tools:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate individuals or department
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
- Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
- Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs to staff
- Send and receive Fax and Email
- Assist in Making Reports on EXCEL Sheet
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
- Tracking Shipments and following up with freight forwarder
- Assist in the Process payroll
- Assist in Marketing Campaigns such as (annual giveaways, brochures, catalogs, Exhibitions preparations & attendance… etc.,)
- Bachelor Degree Electronic Or mechanical Degree.
- 2 Years of Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Giza and Haram Residents is a MUST
