Job Description

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. 
  • Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate individuals or department 
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs. 
  • Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required. 
  • Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs to staff 
  • Send and receive Fax and Email  
  • Assist in Making Reports on EXCEL Sheet 
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties
  • Tracking Shipments and following up with freight forwarder
  • Assist in the Process payroll
  • Assist in Marketing Campaigns such as (annual giveaways, brochures, catalogs, Exhibitions preparations & attendance… etc.,)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Electronic Or mechanical Degree.
  • 2 Years of Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Giza and Haram Residents is a MUST
  • Gender : Female
  • Fluency in ENGLISH is a MUST
